The resort offers a vast area with many activities, which I appreciated. though my experience was marred by less-than-stellar customer service and a few cleanliness issues. While the room was spacious, the air conditioning was a lone window unit, leaving the rest of the stay a bit uncomfortable. especially in the humid climate. Overall, I found it enjoyable but fell short of being a nice stay.
